Supervisor: Creative & Marketing Hybrid
We’re looking for a creative and driven Supervisor to join our high-volume bar and restaurant, combining strong floor leadership with a focus on content, marketing, and building buzz around the venue.
This is a unique role for someone who thrives leading from the front, while also bringing the Babble brand to life through engaging content, social media, and creative campaigns.
About the Supervisor role:
- Leading your section and be in control of all aspects of the day to day in your area
- Recruiting, training and managing your team; reporting to your line manager weekly
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Line manager/General Manager across all aspects of operations within your remit
- Lead high-volume service, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts
- Maintaining exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
- Contributing to driving sales and maximising revenue opportunities
About the Creative & Marketing role:
Working closely with our Communications Lead, with dedicated hours focused on marketing and creative output:
- Capturing high-quality photo content across the venue (food, drinks, events, atmosphere, team)
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns and in-venue assets
- Planning, creating and scheduling content across social platforms
- Designing and editing visual assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop (posters, social graphics)
- Organising and executing email campaigns (from concept and copy to scheduling)
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail across service, standards, and operations
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- High energy, resilience, and a calm approach under pressure
- Confident communication and team leadership skills
- Proven experience in planning and creating and marketing/creative (social media, content creation, email campaigns)
- Photography skills and confidence using editing tools (Adobe Photoshop)
