Senior Management

As we head into our busiest season, we’re looking for passionate and driven Senior Supervisors & Assistant Managers to join our high-volume bar and restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure, loves leading from the front, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the roles:

• Supporting the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Leading busy summer shifts
• Developing the team and driving service standards and playing a key role in the success of the business
• A good level of experience in hospitality tech, including Epos, booking, CRM, and online ordering systems

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in a management role in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail across service, standards, and operations
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• High energy, resilience, and a calm approach under pressure
• Confident communication and team leadership skills

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Line managers/General Managers across all aspects of operations with your remit
• Lead high-volume service, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues confidently
• Support stock control, rotas, and labour management
• Contribute to driving sales and maximising revenue opportunities
