We’re teaming up with Trenchmore for a one off-dining night celebrating the farm’s incredible Sussex beef.
A four-course, no-waste menu, featuring whole fillet, trimmed, prepared in every which way.
Local produce, bold flavours, and proper craftsmanship on the plate.
Booking Policy
To secure your place at our dining event, a £20 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
The total cost of the experience is £75 per person, with the remaining £55 payable on the night. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.
